The Revolution of the Butterflies

Research about the situation of the travesti-trans population in the city of Buenos Aires 10 years after the publication of the book “La Gesta del Nombre Propio”. It conveys the need to continue the design and implementation of policies that effectively contribute to the recognition of the travesti-trans collective as deserving of rights.

Travar el Saber (“Trans-form Knowledge”)

This book contains first-person narratives by travesti-trans people in educational spaces: the Mocha Celis Travesti-Trans Popular High School, OTRANS Argentina and the Avellaneda and La Plata National Universities. It recalls the historic fight, not for inclusion into a exclusionary educational system, but for its transformation.

MOCHA - The Documentary

Students from the Popular High School acquire audiovisual tools and begin reflecting on who they are and what they’ve been through, with the intention of promoting the idea that another education is possible, and, thanks to it, they have new horizons.

The Human Rights of the Travesti and Trans Population in the Mandatory Lockdown
